Youth Climbing Opportunity Begins December 11 on Mondays and Fridays

ClimbHelena is ready to begin teaching and coaching young climbers
with Helena's youth climbing team, the Thunder Chickens!

There will be two coaches this 2007 season, Kyle Perkins and Alison
Biercevicz, both longtime, enthusiastic climbers looking forward to
engage Helena youth in climbing. They will being hanging out and
coaching every Monday and Wednesday starting at 6p.m. at the
Broadwater's westside club just outside of town on the way to
Missoula.

The first nights of coaching will begin this week, Monday, December
11th and Wednesday December 13. The focus will be on kids 8-18, but
will be open to younger kids with discussion. As the first week, this
would be a great time to stop by or call Kyle 431-1871.

We have arranged a group rate with the Broadwater which is $4.50 per
visit for kids 5-13 and $5.50 per visit for kids 14-17. Any climbers
that are in high school or college can become members for $30 a month
which is cheaper and gives even more flexibility.

As we get things started, we will begin planning trips, competitions,
and other events.

Coaching schedule will posted online at ClimbHelena.com later this week.
